About Yachtmovers
We specialise in yacht delivery and assisted passage making. We are not an 'add on' to a sailing school. Our skippers are well qualified, experienced yachtsmen and women of at least Yachtmaster Commercial standard with thousands of miles experience.
There's no shortage of amateur yachtsmen who make a few pounds by delivering yachts. And there's no shortage of stories where things went wrong.
With Yachtmovers, you pay a fair price for a professional job. Our skippers are fully insured; we don't take on inexperienced crew, and we don't charge if we are held up by bad weather.
When you accept our quote, we will introduce you to your delivery skipper so that the delivery is a personal service. We welcome owners on board, either for assisted passage or as a passenger, and will share our expertise with you throughout the passage. By arrangement, we can also provide RYA training and certification.
